Career Development Institute (CDI), the leading learning institution for animal welfare in the state of New Jersey, is pleased to offer a Certified Pet First Aid, Pet CPR, and Emergency Preparedness for Animals course.
The course will be held at the Warren County Community College – Phillipsburg Campus on Wednesday October 30, 2019 from 6-10 pm.

The instructor is Geoff Goyette, NJ Certified Animal Control Officer & Animal Cruelty Investigator, Bureau Chief of the Middlesex County Animal Response Team (CART), NJ Police Training Commission Certified Instructor, Vice President of Training and Development for CDI, Co-Founder of an animal rescue organization, and Pet First Aid as well as animal behavior instructor in the NJ Certified Animal Control Officer course.
Mr. Goyette has a unique perspective of combining his successful business experience with a life long passion for rescuing animals. His has first hand experience includes living and rescuing animals in a number of disaster prone areas of this country and abroad (San Francisco, New Orleans, Upstate New York, Illinois/Wisconsin, New Jersey, the Caribbean islands, and Europe) as well as working in animal shelters.
The modest cost of the course is $81.00 per attendee which includes certification by Emergency Care and Safety Institute (ECSI) and a pet first aid book. No prior requirements or experience is needed to attend this course and anyone 16 years or older is encouraged to attend.
