As an Animal Control Officer, I am committed to the New Jersey Certified Animal Control Officers Association’s mission as much today as when I found my love of the profession and began working in 2000. Regardless of holding a position on the board or as a regular member, I remain dedicated to the organization's mission.

The board will hold its general reorganization meeting where we will reflect on the past considering all the changes last year brought and focus on a plan of how we can best grow and serve in the present. The future of the NJCACOA will succeed with your participation, better communication, reestablishing relationships, virtual meetings, and training.

There will always be challenges and goals to be met. It is my belief and experience that Animal Control Officers are among the most dedicated, passionate, and resourceful people. As we all push forward and continue to hone our skills and our professional development, I look forward to rising to the challenges and meeting the goals together.
